Bread is a staple food, produced by baking the dough obtained from flour mixed with water and yeast, adding different ingredients from case to case depending on the category of bread desired.

We are proud to present you our bread specialties, our own production. They are prepared according to a special recipe and a technological process that lasts for up to 24 hours, from the preparation of the raw material to the finished product, depending on the assortment.

In the process of preparation and kneading no kind of improver is added, only the basic ingredients, such as: flour, water, salt and yeast.
It is a bread with very high hydration, so we will get a bread that will keep its freshness for several days.
After the dough has been prepared, it is left to leaven in special basins (vats) for about 2-3 hours, just like our grandparents did in the country.
When the dough is sufficiently leavened, portion it and place it in the oven on the hearth where it will bake for about 1 hour.
At the end we have a finished product of the highest quality, fresh and tasty.

We have a very diverse range of bread specialties produced in our bakery department. Here we can include the following assortments: with potatoes, with onions, with olives, from black flour, from graham flour, from rye flour, with cereals, from wholemeal flour. They have a special process of cold fermentation for a period of 24 hours. This technological process gives our specialties a special taste and a long freshness.
