These pastas originate in the central and northern part of Italy, and their name comes from the spindle with which our grandmothers used to wrap wool (€œfuso€� in Italian). They are characterized by the shape of three twisted wings that combine harmoniously with a spiraling tendency, which captures any type of spice.
