Cooking tips
Preparation (for 100 g of pasta): In a liter of water we put 7 g of salt, when the water boils we put the pasta and mix a few times.
Strain and serve with various sauces and parmesan.
Boiling time: 8 min.
It is recommended to be served with: Amatriciana sauce, with tomato pulp, diced pancetta and a hot pepper tip, for something rustic and tasty. Even vegetables combine perfectly with the enticing ribs of Bucatini pasta, especially if they are combined with eggs or cheese.
