Using a mixture of special pasta flours, carefully selected - from common wheat, durum wheat and corn, to which fresh eggs are added in a generous percentage (up to 40%) results in fine noodles with a delicate taste, which requires a short cooking time and which preserves its texture and pleasant appearance.

Ingredients: Grifica flour (common wheat, durum wheat and corn), 20% eggs.

Allergens: gluten, eggs.

Preparation instructions: to obtain approx. 7 servings, put the contents of the bag in 2 liters of boiling water with 20g of salt. Boil for 1-2 minutes, stirring regularly. Strain, rinse with water and add ready-made soup.

Average nutritional values ​​per 100g product: energy value 1615 KJ / 381 Kcal; Fats 2,5g of which 1,2g saturated fatty acids; Carbohydrates 76g of which sugars 4,0g; Dietary fiber 0,6g; Protein 13g; Salt 0,06g. The salt content is due exclusively to the natural presence of sodium in the ingredients.
