Corcova Chardonnay is a dry white wine, certified DOC Mehedinti-Corcova, Oltenia / Romania, with an alcohol volume of 12.5%, made from Chardonnay grapes harvested in 2020.

It has strong aromas of apricots and peaches, subtly complemented by hints of sweet almonds and muffins. A very fresh white monocépage but still creamy (did not come into contact with the wood), lively and with final notes of exotic fruits. The proverbial €œwine from the long run€�.

To be consumed at a temperature of 10-12°C in tulip-type white wine glasses with stem. Decanting is not recommended.

Culinary pairing: Light appetizers of seafood and / or fresh cheeses, or next to fish dishes served with mamaliguta as in cherhana.
The ideal combination: sole on the stove, with grilled vegetables.
