Gastronatura salad with caviar with carp and onion 140g

I added the ingredients to the caviar in the ideal proportions to obtain a caviar salad of the best quality. Smoked fish adds flavor and onions balance its consistency. We strive to add as few additives as possible so as not to change the taste and appearance of our salad and to create the feeling of a homemade salad.

Ingredients: sunflower vegetable oil, water, ground eggs (9%), salt, 2% onions, smoked carp fillets, lemon juice, gelatinizing agents (guar gum, xanthan gum), preservatives (sorbic acid, benzoate sodium), acidifier (citric acid), dye (carmine).

Allergens: fish.

Nutritional information / 100g product: energy value 549kcal / 100g, fats 59.57g of which saturated fatty acids 6.34g, carbohydrates 0.48g of which sugars 0.12g, salt 1.47g, protein 2.67.

Store at a temperature between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius.
