The Edenia straw vegetable mix is ​​prepared simply and quickly, directly in the oven. It's only good to eat with a burger, or why not, as such. The straw vegetables in this mix are already spicy.

The mix contains in equal quantities red beets, carrots and parsnips and is a perfect alternative to the classic potatoes, bringing together three types of slightly sweet vegetables. Moreover, the three vegetables are a rich source of minerals and vitamins.

Edenia straw vegetables are fresh, cleaned, chopped vegetables, wrapped in a crispy spicy crust, pre-fried and frozen by the IQF method (individually quick frozen).

All you have to do is put the straw vegetables in the oven or, for an even crispier taste, in the fryer.
