Opihr oriental spiced London dry gin 40%ALC, 0.7 L.
Opihr is flavored with juniper from Italy, cubeba beans from Malaysia, coriander from Morocco, orange peel from Spain, cumin and grapefruit peel from Turkey, angelica root from Germany, cardamom, ginger and black pepper from India. The ingredients that lend their flavors to this gin inspire a journey through exotic and distant territories, over mountains and seas, through places crossed by those who brought the essences of the Orient 1500 years ago.
APPEARANCE: Clear.
SMELL: The perfume of gin starts with a note of curry, mixed with cardamom and turmeric. The familiar note of juniper berries is withdrawn, then it is covered by the strength of black peppercorns.
TASTE: Juniper feels better on the palate, which brings a green, bitter aroma of pine needles. Row by row, slowly scroll the aromas of coriander, cardamom, turmeric and pepper. A very spiced gin, with well-integrated alcohol, at an above-average volume.FINISH: Long, spicy, exotic.
