Dr. Oetker Gallus egg paint, purple, 7g

The contents of an envelope color 10 eggs.

Ingredients: salt, azorubine dye E122 and brilliant blue FCF E 133.

Tips for use: Wash and degrease eggs with dishwashing detergent, then rinse well and simmer carefully so as not to break. Eggs do not boil in the paint! You will get great colors using white eggs. In a bowl of about 1.5l carefully pour 700ml of boiling water, then empty the contents of the sachet and mix well. Add 5 tablespoons of 9 degree vinegar. If the vinegar used has a concentration of less than 9 degrees, increase the amount of vinegar added. Immerse as many boiled eggs in the paint solution as they can to be completely covered by the liquid, then let it rest until the desired shade is obtained (2-4 minutes). Remove with a spoon. The eggs are left to dry on a paper towel.
