Cantina di Negrar Bardolino Chiaretto DOC dry rose wine, 0.75L

The Chiaretto version of the Bardolino wine is a modern reinterpretation of the traditional winemaking in this wine-growing area.

CHARACTERISTICS
Vineyards: Located in the Bardolino area, along the eastern shore of Lake Garda, at an altitude between 50 and 150 meters above sea level, with exposure to the southwest.
Soil type: of glacial moraine origin, of medium consistency, with a tendency to be sandy and rich in limestone.
Grassy vine. Support system: unilateral pergolas and in rows.
Age of the vine: from 15 to 25 years.
Loading buds on cattle: from 8 to 18.
Planting density: from 2.500 to 4.000 plants per hectare.
Yield per hectare: 100 hl.

PRODUCTION PROCESS
Harvest: mid-September, exclusively manual selection.
Vinification: crushing and destemming, followed by skin maceration for 24 hours. Pressing and filtering the must, then fermentation with selected yeasts at 18 °C, then maturation in stainless steel containers.

TASTING NOTES
Color: bright pink.
Aroma: fragrant white flowers and a combination of cherries and peaches.
Taste: full and balanced, fresh, with notes of strawberries and raspberries.
