Girboiu Winery Livia Roze dry rose wine, 0.75L
Livia, a resounding name that gathers the power of the most famous Romanian gin that has lasted throughout the long Latin tradition. Under such a special character that recognizes true values, the wines of the LIVIA range are an exceptional pleasure for those looking for uniqueness and refinement.
It stands out first of all for its gorgeous color. When tasting, it has intense and fresh aromas of rose hips and citrus fruits, with tasting notes of almonds and vanilla. This dry wine is fully a wine with presence and fruitiness.
The grapes are harvested automatically, de-stemmed and subjected to the pressing process, after a light maceration in the press to extract the pigments from the skin. The must is fermented under the action of selected yeasts, in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. At this point, the wine rests on a fine lees until January to add complexity and structure. Clarification is done naturally and bottling in a perfectly sterile environment.
Why Screw-Cap?
The closing system is an ideal solution to keep the wine fresh without any hassle. You can forget about the switch. It is BIO Degradable and does not alter the quality of the wine in any way, on the contrary, you will no longer have problems with the classic €œcork defect€.
