Domaine de la Gypiere is located in the heart of the Provence wine region. This property covers 22 hectares in the PDO Cotes de Provence designation. Its name comes from the gypsum quarry that has been on the estate since the XNUMXth century. Our special, €žLes Armoises de la Gypiere€� wine pays homage to Armoise de Molinier. Lake Gavoty, near the property, is one of the only places in the world where this resistant, fragrant plant grows.

The pressing method is used, the maceration takes place directly inside the membrane. The cycle lasts around 4 hours. The wines are cooled to 4 ° for a period of 5 days to strengthen the fruit aromas. The fermentation lasts about 3 weeks.

Tasting notes 

This wonderful wine combines freshness, with aromas of fresh fruit, sweet orange and white flowers. It is served from 8 ° to 10 ° C.
