VINIFICATION: The grapes are harvested by hand in 15kg crates and then sorted. Maceration
occurred at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, alcoholic fermentation at low temperature to preserve the primary aromas is followed by clarification. Storage in stainless steel vessels for natural clarification.

TASTING NOTES: Dry and aromatic rose, defined by the €œnew world€� style used in winemaking. Bright and vivid color. Freshness is the main characteristic, where raspberries and cherries dominate the smell. Poppy flowers and rose petals. The taste, the aromaticity, places SIEL in the area of ​​exotic fruits and summer flowers. Delicate but fresh and tonic, it develops progressively in the mouth, as if following a line well drawn by an oenologist, which leads the taster to the primary aromas of the wine.

SERVING: 6-8 degrees Celsius. Recommended with light dishes, white meat or seafood, salads with white sauces or desserts with red berries.
