Red pepper powder is produced by grinding dried hot peppers. Hungarian cuisine appreciates hot red pepper so much because it is rich in vitamins A, C and E, allies of health and youth. Edes Anna is mainly used in steaks, stews and soups. In some parts of Hungary it is used as a filling for sweet pastries. Edes Anna contains raw spices and 87% peppers.

Ingredients: Chopped sweet peppers and donuts (87%), salt, thickener (xanthan gum), acidifier (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate). Does not contain allergens.
