Alpin Lux mini rolls with sweet cheese and raisin filling 500g

Foil mini rolls, filled with cottage cheese and raisins.

Ingredients: Dough: white wheat flour, water, margarine (vegetable oils and refined vegetable oils (palm, sunflower, rapeseed), water, emulsifiers (soy lecithin, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), iodized salt, acidifier (citric acid), antioxidant (alpha-tocopherol), coloring (carotene), flavor), palm vegetable fat, iodized salt, sugar, alcohol vinegar, wheat gluten, dextrose, soy flour, stabilizers (guar flour, sodium carboxymethylcellulose), emulsifiers (E472e, rapeseed lecithin), flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid), enzymes.
Filling with sweet cheese and raisins 30%: fresh cottage cheese, raisins 8%, sugar, water, eggs, wheat semolina, white wheat flour, flavor.

Allergens: gluten, soy, lactose.

Nutritional information / 100g product: energy value 267kcal, fat 12.7g of which saturated fatty acids 4.9g, carbohydrates 29.2g of which sugars 8g, fiber 1.6g, protein 8.2g, salt 0.63g.

Other information: Store in the freezer at a temperature of -18 degrees Celsius. It is recommended to defrost the products at room temperature, on a baking tray with baking paper, for approximately 25-30 minutes, protected from drying out (covered). Rapid defrosting in the oven or microwave is not allowed. After defrosting, place in the preheated oven at 220°C for a maximum of 30-35 minutes (until golden brown).
