Puff pastry mini rolls, with apricot filling.

Ingredients: Dough: white wheat flour, water, margarine (vegetable oils and refined vegetable fats (palm, sunflower, rapeseed), water, emulsifiers (soy lecithin, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), iodized salt, acidifier (citric acid), preservatives (sorbic acid, potassium sorbate), antioxidant (alpha-tocopherol), coloring (carotene), flavor), palm vegetable fat, iodized salt, sugar, alcohol vinegar, gluten, dextrose, stabilizers (carboxymethylcellulose, guar flour), emulsifiers (E 472e, rapeseed lecithin), anti-caking agent (calcium phosphate), soy flour, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid), enzymes.
30% apricot filling: water, sugar, 2% apricot puree, modified starch, stabilizers (carboxymethylcellulose, cellulose, sodium alginate, calcium sulfate, tetrasodium diphosphate), dextrose, milk protein, whole milk powder, vegetable fat palm, iodized salt, dyes (carotene, riboflavin), acidifier (citric acid), flavors.

Allergens: gluten, soy, lactose.

Nutritional information / 100g product: energy value 305.3kcal, fat 13.3g of which saturated fatty acids 5.4g, carbohydrates 41.4g of which sugars 14.9g, fiber 1.7g, protein 4.1g, salt 0.66g.

Other information: Store in the freezer at a temperature of -18 degrees Celsius. It is recommended to defrost the products at room temperature, on a baking tray with baking paper, for approximately 25-30 minutes, protected from drying out (covered). Rapid defrosting in the oven or microwave is not allowed. After defrosting, place in the preheated oven at 220°C for a maximum of 30-35 minutes (until golden brown).
