Dried raw meat product with a spicy taste, in an inedible artificial membrane. The product does not contain: added monosodium glutamate, gluten,‚ artificial colors, starch and MDM.‚ Sized at 350 gr and packaged in a controlled atmosphere.

Ingredients: Pork; bacon; vegetable soy protein; salt; spices and spice extracts; sugars: dextrose, maltodextrin, sugar; preservative: sodium nitrite; antioxidant: sodium ascorbate; natural color: carmine; vegetable protein hydrolysates, starter cultures.

Allergens: soy.

Energy value 1990 kJ/481 kcal, Fat 45 g of which: saturated fatty acids 17.5 g, Carbohydrates 1.1 g, of which: sugars 0.2 g, Proteins 18 g, Salt 5.6 g.
