The specialty of raw ham from the well-known area of the Black Forest mountains! The ham comes from a small town Schiltach, in the middle of the Black Forest region where the tradition of producing the typical original product has been preserved. Salted and cold smoked with pine wood smoke, matured for a fixed period, led to a well-balanced ham with a slight smoke aroma.
Ingredients: pork, salt, spice, spice extracts, dextrose, glucose syrup, preservatives: pine wood smoke, sodium nitrite and potassium nitrite.
