One of the most loved and consumed salamis in Romania, is the Summer Salami; is a salami made from a mixture of pork and beef, boiled and double-smoked with beech wood, suitable for both sandwiches and festive meals. Enjoy it with your loved ones!
Ingredients: pork (69%), water, beef (11%), bacon, spices and spice extracts, pork animal protein, lactic protein, salt, stabilizers (diphosphates), sugars (dextrose), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), natural flavors, natural smoke flavors, garlic, color (carmine), preservative (sodium nitrite).
