Great cheese to make a more serious dessert at home. If you have a Mascarpone, immediately make a Tiramisu. About 15 minutes of activity and 2 hours of waiting, followed by sublime moments of flavor. Obviously, it's just an idea. There are other recipes with Mascarpone.
Ingredient: Pasteurized sour cream, acidifier: citric acid.
Allergens: Milk and milk products (including lactose).

Other information: After opening, store at 2-6 * C with the lid tightly closed and use within 3 days. It beats cold.
