Once upon a time, it was a salami whose special taste created temptation throughout the country. We don't know exactly who his inspired creator was, but only that he gave it the name of Banat salami. He conquered us so much that we kept both his name and the traditional recipe. To obtain it, we carefully select the beef and pork and season it as we know best, with selected spices, which give it an unmistakable aroma. Then, after we smoke it and mature it carefully, a wonderful Banat salami with a special taste comes out, which, in the way it delights everyone's senses, is no wonder that it is loved by gourmets and appetizers from all over the country.
