Ingredients: Ice cream: reconstituted skim milk, sugar, coconut vegetable fat, lactose, milk protein, dextrose, emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), stabilizers (guar gum, carob seed gum, Psyllium fiber, fiber of wheat), dye (carotene), vanilla flavor.
Apricot sauce (10%): glucose syrup, water, sugar, apricot puree (10%), thickeners (modified starch, pectin), acidifier (citric acid), acidity corrector (sodium citrate), dyes (carotene), preservative (potassium sorbate), aroma. 

Allergens: lactose, gluten.
