Classic assortment obtained by scalding the pasteurized cow's milk cheese. The consistency of the core is strong, slightly elastic with a pleasant smell and taste, characteristic of scalded cheeses. It is recommended as an appetizer, assorted with vegetables and white wines as well as various pastries.

Ingredients: Pasteurized cow's milk, salt, calcium chloride, selected dairy crops, curd.
