Gulia, also called "German turnip" in other countries, is a biennial vegetable. It is part of the same family as cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, kale, Brussels sprouts, Savoy cabbage. Gulia can be eaten both raw and cooked. The dishes are very delicious and can be made with both the stem and the leaves of the plant, and despite the name, remember that it is not turnip.
