Sweetened UHT product, based on non-hydrogenated vegetable fats, packaged in tetra pack cartons. The product is perfectly suitable for foaming and is used as a filling or decoration for cakes and ice cream.

Ingredients: Water, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats from palm kernel oil (25%), Sugar (11%), Stabilizers: Sorbitol syrup (E420), Hydroxypropyl cellulose (E463); Milk protein, Emulsifiers: Sodium stearoyl 2-lactylate (E481), Soy lecithin (E322), Lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E472b); Salt, Flavors.

Allergens: soy, lactose.

Nutritional information/100g product: Energy value KJ-Kcal 1207-292, Fat 26 g of which saturated fatty acids 23 g, Carbohydrates 13 g of which sugar 12 g, Protein 0,7 g, Salt 0,22 g.

Other information: Store in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours before use. Froth at a temperature between 8‚° C and 12‚°C. After opening, consume within 3-4 days, in cold storage conditions.
