Lynx Pastry dough puff pastry frozen fast 800g

With a little imagination and with the Linco Patisero puff pastry you can prepare various delicious dishes, both salty and sweet. The product can be used simply for salt, cumin or sesame salt or with various fillings: cheese, vegetables, meat, apples or pumpkin.

Ingredients: White wheat flour (EU origin), water, refined vegetable oils and fats (palm, sunflower, rapeseed in variable proportions - EU and non-EU origin), emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), salt, wine vinegar, acidifier (citric acid) ..

Other information: Store in a freezer at a temperature of -18 degrees Celsius. Thaw at room temperature before use. Do not refreeze after thawing.
The products are baked in the oven preheated to 220°C, then the temperature is lowered to 190°C.
