Matache Macelaru` loin fillet 100g

Prepared in 12 days from an award-winning pork chop in the Great Tastes category. I left it in the bath, then smoked it once hot, to catch the spices, and once again in the cold beech smoke. Who else does this?

Ingredients: pork chop (90%), water, salt, stabilizer (diphosphates), spices and extracts, sugars (dextrose), antioxidants (sodium ascorbate), natural flavors, preservative (sodium acetate, sodium nitrite).
