Pakmaya Dried Yeast 100g
Yeast is a symbol of vital force, it gives life to the dough, just as the earth gives life to the grain of wheat. Active dry yeast differs from instant active yeast by its dissolution stage before use in dough.

Recommendation for use: Active dry yeast 100g is used for bread dough, pizza, rolls and other bakery products.
for bread - 10g yeast to 500g flour;
Dissolve the yeast in warm water, mix and add over the flour after 5-10 minutes.
Storage conditions: Store in the original package, tightly closed, in a dry and cool place. Packed in a protective atmosphere.
