The perfect taste of Sibiu salami is given by the carefully chosen ingredients, the long maturation period and the mold with which the salami is ennobled. As a century ago, Sibiu Salami is smoked only with hardwood smoke. Raw-dried product, with noble mold smoked with hardwood.l. For 100g of product, 124g of pork and 38g of bacon are used.
Ingredients: pork, bacon, salt, spices, dextrose, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), preservative (sodium nitrite), ripening culture.
Smoked with natural smoke. Inedible collagenous membrane covered by noble mold Penicillium genus, species: Penicillium nalgiovensis.
