The perfect taste of Sibiu Salami is given by the carefully chosen ingredients, by the long maturation period and by the mold with which the salami is "ennobled".
As a century ago, the smoking of Sibiu Salami is done only with hardwood smoke. Raw-dried product, smoked with natural smoke. For 100g of product, 123g pork and 37g bacon are used.
Ingredients: pork, bacon, salt, spices, dextrose, glucose syrup, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), preservative (sodium nitrite), starter culture.
Smoked with natural smoke. Inedible collagen membrane covered with noble mold: genus Penicillium.
Allergens: may contain traces of celery, mustard, milk and dairy products.
Nutritional information / 100g product: energy value 462kcal, fat 40g of which saturated fatty acids 16g, carbohydrates 1g of which sugars 0.5g, fiber 1g, protein 24g, salt 4.5g.
Other information: Store at 6 to 8 degrees Celsius.
