The perfect taste of Sibiu Salami is given by the carefully chosen ingredients, by the long maturation period and by the mold with which the salami is "ennobled". As a century ago, the smoking of Sibiu Salami is done only with hardwood smoke. Raw-dry product, with noble mold smoked with hardwood.l. For 100g of product, 124g of pork and 38g of bacon are used.
Ingredients: pork, bacon, salt, spices, dextrose, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), preservative (sodium nitrite), ripening culture.
Smoked with natural smoke. Inedible collagen membrane covered with noble mold genus Penicillium, species: Penicillium nalgiovensis.
Allergens: may contain traces of: mustard, milk and derived products.
Nutritional information / 100g product: energy value 496 kcal, fat 44 g, of which 18 g saturated fatty acids, 1 g carbohydrates, of which 0.5 g sugars, 1 g fiber, 24 g protein, 4.5 g salt.
Other information: Store at a temperature between 5 and 12 degrees Celsius.
