A dry, refreshing white wine whose bouquet combines the vegetal aromas of Sauvignon Blanc grapes with those of aging. The refreshing acidity supports the explosion of aromas, which remain elegant in the aftertaste.
After opening, store the wine in the refrigerator, hermetically sealed (with the original cork or a silicone/vacuum one), to slow down oxidation, its main enemy; white wines are consumed within 2-3 days. Use a vacuum stopper or a pump-stopper to remove the air, keep the bottle upright and avoid light and heat.
Alcohol is seriously harmful to health. Consume in moderation. It is forbidden to sell to people under 18 years of age.
