VINIFICATION: The grapes are harvested by hand in 15kg crates and then sorted. Maceration
occurred at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, alcoholic fermentation at low temperature to preserve the primary aromas is followed by clarification. Storage in stainless steel vessels for natural clarification.

TASTING NOTES: Dry and aromatic white, defined by the €œnew world€� style used in winemaking. Intense straw yellow, with greenish reflections. The freshness of the year is still distinguished by the sense of smell, defined by sensations of quince and citrus. Dominant summer florality with sensations of shock and almond blossoms. The taste, the aromaticity, places SIEL in the area of ​​exotic fruits and summer flowers. Delicate and well balanced by a present and delicate acidity, it has a long and harmonious finish, as if asking for the next sip.

SERVING: 6-8 degrees Celsius. Recommended with light dishes, white fish or chicken, salads with white sauces or light desserts with vanilla cream.
