It is a semi-sweet white wine, obtained from Romanian cinquefoil grapes. It is a chic and tasty dessert. The freshness, minerality, color offer us unforgettable experiences.
After opening, store the wine in the refrigerator, hermetically sealed (with the original cork or a silicone/vacuum one), to slow down oxidation, its main enemy; white wines are consumed within 2-3 days. Use a vacuum stopper or a pump-stopper to remove the air, keep the bottle upright and avoid light and heat.
