Vegetable pasta with mushrooms is prepared from soy mixed with well-chosen spices and dried vegetables, so a finished product was obtained that stands out with a fine texture and balanced taste, potentated by green onions added to the composition. Vegetable paste successfully replaced pate meat, so we managed to offer consumers an ideal fasting product. Used in diets, vegetable paste can be eaten on a slice of toast with pickles or used in various other recipes depending on consumer preferences.
Ingredients: water, sunflower oil, soy vegetable protein, salt, mushrooms (1,2%), wheat starch, thickeners (carrageenan, guar gum), stabilizers (sodium phosphates), emulsifier (stearoyl lactate sodium), antioxidants (sodium isoascorbate, isoascorbic acid), flavor enhancer (sodium glutamate), spices, sugars (sugar, dextrose), spice flavors, colorant (caramel).
Inedible artificial membrane.
Nutritional information / 100g product: energy value 208 kcal, fat 21g of which 11g saturated fatty acids, 2.1g carbohydrates of which 1.8g sugars, 2.6g protein, 1.7g salt.
