Dark ruby red and inky, difficult to penetrate by light. The typical olfactory character of Fetească Neagră is evident and dominant, a distinctive sign of the representative variety of the area. Overripe black fruits, sweet spices reminiscent of walnuts, immediately delight the taster. Full and structured in the mouth, with sensations of ripe and candied fruits, typical of a Tohani wine. Balanced and juicy in the aftertaste. Serving temperature: 15-17 degrees C. Recommended with dishes based on mutton, game products and mature cheeses.
