Respecting the tradition of wheat flour pasta, in order to create gnocchi, Neapolitan pasta producers were inspired by the shape, and only by the shape, of the classic potato gnocchi. Gnocchi Barilla made from wheat flour has a round shape and a central cavity designed to receive and enhance even the densest sauces, such as ragu alla Bolognese.

Tips for quick cooking!
Preparation for 100 g of pasta: In a liter of water we put 7 g of salt, when the water boils we put the pasta and mix a few times. Strain and serve with various sauces and parmesan. Boiling time: 11 min. The package contains about 6 servings.
