Spaghetti originates from Naples, Antonio Viviani being the one who called them so in 1842, because they looked like pieces of string (€œspago€� in Italian). Their traditional diameter, medium in the universe of long pasta, makes them one of the most versatile types of pasta.

Tips for quick cooking!
Preparation for 100 g of pasta: In a liter of water we put 7g of salt, when the water boils we put the pasta and mix a few times. Strain and serve with various sauces and parmesan. Boiling time: 8 min. The package contains about 6 servings.

It is recommended to be served with:
Tomato sauce with oil and basil. In Trastevere, the historic district of Rome, the €œTrattoris€� serve €œalla putanesca€�, an appetizing recipe based on black olives, capers, anchovies and tomatoes.
