Pakmaya Instant yeast for cake 15g
Yeast is a symbol of vital force, it gives life to the dough, just as the earth gives life to the grain of wheat.

Recommendation for use: Instant cake yeast is special for sweet doughs such as: cakes, pies, croissants, donuts. 15g yeast for 1kg flour; this yeast has an instant function, so it is added directly over the flour (no dissolution required).
Storage conditions: Store in the original package, tightly closed, in a dry and cool place. Packed in a protective atmosphere.
