Wine obtained from merlot grapes after a 7-week fermentation, at 12 degrees Celsius, without contact with oxygen in the air. A light rose wine, fresh and lively with a pleasant sweet sensation. Floral aromas, the sweetness of roses and strawberries. The long and expressive finish, similar to young red wines. A sophisticated wine with balanced acidity.
