Negru de Purcari, called by the producers €œthe king of Purcari wines€�, is the winery's most precious assortment. Its elegance is surpassed only by the Limited Edition variants, which come from selected barriques. The assortment obtained from the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon 70%, Saperavi 25% and Rara Neagră 5% stands out for its unique bouquet, intense and complex, good balance, rich structure and noble palate, as befits a top red wine quality. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified using the traditional method. The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barriques, where it fully develops its sophisticated personality. To fully enjoy the aroma of the assortment, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 18-20 °С, decanted 30 minutes before serving. Negru de Purcari goes very well with blue cheeses.

Smell: Intense notes of sweet fruits, especially plums and figs, to which are added fine accents of cloves, licorice and saffron. Taste: Rich aromas of well-ripened fresh plums, figs and berries, wrapped in a fine blend of spices. Color: Brick red.
