Negru de Ceptura is a truly captivating blend, made up of noble varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Fetească Neagră, which outlines a special, ample and complex bouquet. The assortment has a sophisticated character, its elegance being finalized after aging for 12 months. The wine is aimed especially at those who appreciate varieties with an intense aromatic profile and goes very well with cheeses with a strong taste and preparations based on game meat or duck breast. The ideal serving temperature is 18-20°C.
Smell: A strong fruity perfume, dusted with cinnamon powder and chocolate notes. Taste: Intense aromas of red fruits, chocolate and coffee, to which spicy tones of cinnamon are added in the aftertaste. Color: Dark red, with cherry tones.
