Corcova Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot dry red wine, blend, 0.75L

The aromas are intense, of red and black forest fruits, complemented by subtle, woody aromas. A blend of 3 varieties, friendly and balanced, very fruity and pleasant. It is well structured, but without dominant tannins. It is supple and juicy and has a medium, creamy body.

To be consumed at a temperature of 16-18°C in large Bordeaux-type wine glasses, with stem. Decanting is recommended, just before serving.

Excellent with lightly smoked fine red meat sausages and / or matured cheeses. Savory with dark chocolate.
The ideal pairing: Grilled pork neck, garnished with baked potatoes.
