Mouton Cadet is a special blend made by the well-known Baron Philippe de Rothschild winery. The varieties used to create this assortment are merlot, cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc. From this combination, a full-bodied, complex, easy-to-love wine is obtained. The grapes used are harvested when they reach full maturity and have the perfect characteristics to create a special aromatic liqueur.

Each glass of Mouton Cadet rouge captivates with its color, aroma and taste. The eye-catching intense ruby ​​shade is complemented by the elegant aroma that is easily released. Notes of juicy ripe fruit are enveloped by fresh aromas of strawberry, raspberry and sour cherry. This symphony is completed by subtle menthol scents. The taste intended to pamper the senses is intense, from the beginning the aromas of the fruits that make up the bouquet are detected. The complexity of the taste is complemented by tannins and exceptional body.

The sophisticated blend matured in barrels for 6-10 months, reveals itself best in the perfect company, alongside red meat cooked slowly or on the grill, lamb dishes, semi-hard cheeses and dishes with mushrooms.
