Wine Chocolat wine was recently launched in the local market and brings an important novelty, namely this intense chocolate sensation. The two variants of Wine Chocolat, semi-dry and sweet, are a real treat for the senses and lead the taster to intense aromas of dark chocolate and cocoa. To reach these sensations, the winemaker of the winery, Marin Ion, used overcooked grapes and special types of barrels (oak barrels) to mature the wine.

TASTING NOTES: Intense and compact ruby ​​red, with a splendid structure when rotating in the glass. Olfactory, the taster is greeted by notes of red fruit overcooked or even presented in jam, where the smoky sensations stand out in a note of dark chocolate. Merit of the barrels used with mastery of oenologist, the chocolate sensation is transmitted on the palate, with tender sweet-bitter notes. Balanced on the palate and with a long and silky finish.
