The combination of these two noble varieties is a classic one, highly appreciated among red wine lovers. The blend of 55% Merlot grapes and 45% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes picked from the Bugeac region is a deep, nuanced and complex one that invites tasting. The wine is matured for 12 months in barriques, where it develops a splendid and elegant character, which is why it goes perfectly with hard cheeses or game meat preparations.
