Livia, a resounding name that gathers the power of the most famous Romanian gin that has lasted throughout the long Latin tradition. Under such a special character that recognizes true values, the wines of the LIVIA range are an exceptional pleasure for those looking for uniqueness and refinement.

Local grape variety made from the natural crossing of Tamaioasa Romaneasca and Riesling cattle. This dry wine is a sprinten one with a high acidity, yellow - bright green color and an intense scent of cherry blossoms, rose petals and mango. Balanced, with a medium body and a refreshing aftertaste.

The grapes are harvested at night, de-stemmed and gently pressed with Willmes, the must being later naturally de-stemmed. The pressing process is imperative at this stage to preserve the fruity character. The must is then subjected to the fermentation process under the action of selected yeasts, in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. At this point, the wine rests on a fine lees until January to add complexity and structure. Clarification is done naturally and bottling in a perfectly sterile environment.

Smell: Sarba is a variety created by nature from the crossing of Romanian frankincense and Riesling cattle. From this healthy, productive and generous variety, the wine remains with a perfume of cherry blossoms, wild rose and exotic fruits.
Taste: Notes of pollen and cherry blossoms, rose and mango give it a pleasant, fresh texture. In the end it is slightly acidic and refreshing.
Culinary pairing: A dish that will revive the taste buds at meals with pork and poultry with vegetables.
