The Metamorphosis Vineyards range offers a generous selection of international and local varieties, a superb example of grapes that thrive in our vineyards in Dealu Mare, valued either as a pure variety or in blends. The style of the wines emphasizes the character of the grape varieties and the maturation in oak barrels, of small or large capacity, was used only for red wines and only to bring an extra complexity and elegance.

The company's winery is located in Vadu Sapat commune in Prahova county and was completely renovated and re-technological between 2012 and 2014. It is strategically positioned to successfully serve the three vineyards owned by Vitis Metamorfosis in different vineyards. The best lands were selected for the cultivation of the Metamorfosis Vineyards, with the aim of fully expressing the diverse terroir of the Dealu Mare Vineyard. The vineyards were planted on gently sloping hills and the grape varieties were strictly selected according to the characteristics of each individual plot.

Tasting notes: The happy marriage between the French variety Sauvignon Blanc and the Romanian variety Feteasca Alba created a wine with a strong personality. The greenish-yellow color is in perfect harmony with the aromas of fresh hay and acacia flowers, with the intense taste of citrus and peach. The aftertaste is fresh and intense.

Culinary combination: Perfect with white fish, seafood (crustaceans: shrimp, lobster, crabs, lobsters; mollusks: mussels, mussels, snails, squid, cuttlefish, octopus), salads or as an appetizer.
