Milupa BIO Rice and Oats contains organic cereals, ie they come from crops in which no chemical fertilizers have been used. After being carefully harvested, the cereal grains were finely ground and turned into delicate flakes, while retaining the basic nutrients.

Cereals 99,9% (organic rice flour 59,97%, wholemeal organic oat flour 40%), antioxidant (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate).

Method of preparation

It is prepared with milk.

1. Before preparing the child's meal, wash your hands and make sure that the containers used to prepare the food are clean. Prepare the cereals with breast milk according to the doctor's instructions or with the milk formula according to the instructions on its packaging.
2. Measure 200ml of breast milk or milk formula (40 degrees C) and pour into the baby's bowl.
3. Add 20g (5 teaspoons) of cereal, make sure the teaspoon is dry.
4. Mix with a spoon until the desired homogenization.

In order for the child's food to be appropriate for each stage of age, start by preparing a mixture with a more liquid consistency and then, gradually, thicker. Always feed the child with a teaspoon, thus helping him to get used to the more consistent dishes.

Storage conditions

Important recommendations
The WHO recommends exclusively breastfeeding up to 6 months and continuing it in parallel with diversification. Consult your doctor about diversification.
