I am a reference product, which we are very proud of. Produced from pork and beef or beef and mutton, Little DIANA are always prepared with passion, using 100% meat and following a secret recipe of skilled butchers.

The meat is carefully chopped to obtain a suitable texture. The taste of the meat is enhanced using only natural spices: garlic, thyme, paprika and pepper. The meat thus prepared is left to mature, during which time the tastes intertwine, the meat is tender, and the ingredients blend perfectly.

Ingredients: 65% pork, 16% beef, water, salt, loosening agent (baking soda), spices (garlic, pepper, hot paprika, thyme), antioxidant (sodium ascorbate, ascorbic acid), maltodextrin , acidity corrector (sodium citrate, sodium acetate), vegetable fibers (bamboo, potatoes, carrots), meat flavor, dextrose, natural dye (carmine).
