Cio flake beans, 100g. With Flakes for beaten beans, you can prepare a delicious side dish instantly, quickly and tasty. Boil 350ml of water with salt or CIO Gastromix, to taste. Take the pot off the heat and gradually add the bean flakes, mixing to homogenize. It is decorated with onions sautéed in oil, to which you can add paprika. It can be an excellent fasting side dish!

Ingredients: bean flakes (60%), pea flakes (50%).  

May contain traces of: gluten, mustard, soy, sesame, celery.

Store in a cool, dry place.
