The story of Siviero Maria began in 1958, when Guglielmo Visani created an GELATO, that authentic, handmade Italian ice cream, which he named in honor of his wife, Maria. Born in Romagna, he wanted the old recipes and methods of preparing traditional Italian ice cream to be kept and passed on. And he succeeded. Even today, after more than half a century, Siviero Maria gelato boxes are filled by hand, to keep their creamy consistency and each box is unique, because the decoration is done by hand by master ice cream makers.

Pistachio-flavored gelato contains gianduia chocolate syrup. Gluten free.

Ingredients: rehydrated skim milk, sugar, coconut oil, water, glucose-fructose syrup, pistachio paste (2.7%), glucose syrup, hazelnut paste (1.3%), whole fried pistachios (1%), powder cocoa (0.7%), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, sucrose esters of fatty acids, thickeners: propane 1,2 diol alginate and guar gum, acidity corrector: citric acid, dyes: beetroot and cucumber, tastes
